Youth UMYF

Confirmation Class
Youth get an opportunity to explore their faith to Christ and the Church. A followup to their Baptism Vows. In the end they can firm up their faith thru activities and study with their peers. Beginning September 24 at 9:45 a.m. thru May for youth 7th grade and older.
Sunday School for children
Classes are in session from fall to spring. Covers ages 2 to Grade 5. New agendas to be announced for the fall.
Junior Church
After the Children’s Message during each service, children ages 3 to 5th grade have the opportunity to go to Junior church in the Pioneer room. Each week there is a Scripture lesson that involves pray, puzzles, crafts and games. And of course there is snacks. In session year round.
Summer Mission Trip
Every summer, Tallmadge UMC mobilizes its resources to help those in need. It could be out of state, like West Virginia or to the southern part of Ohio. Bell Choir
They call themselves “Good Vibrations” and they perform in the late morning service every 4th Sunday during September through May. If you have basic music knowledge consider joining us. Practices are every Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary from September through May.
